Quotes & pricing
No. The online amount is an estimate, not a confirmed booking or final price. We confirm the service scope, availability, applicable taxes and final price before the visit.
Home size, condition, heavy buildup, pet hair, extra rooms, add-ons, access and work that takes substantially more time than expected can affect the final price. We confirm changes before service whenever possible.
Our quote builder currently shows recurring savings for weekly, biweekly and monthly service. The exact recurring price is confirmed before service.
Time depends on the service, home size and condition. Our service guide shows typical ranges for one cleaner, but heavy buildup, clutter, pet hair or special requests can increase the time.
Yes. You can build an estimate and contact us without committing to a booking. A visit is only scheduled after availability and details are confirmed.
Choosing a service
Regular Cleaning is routine upkeep for a maintained home. Deep Cleaning includes the regular tasks plus more detailed attention to baseboards, doors, window sills, ceiling fans, cabinet fronts, kitchen buildup, bathroom buildup, switches, handles and hard-to-reach accessible areas.
If the home is already well maintained, Regular Cleaning may be enough. If there is buildup, neglected detail work or you want a more thorough reset, Deep Cleaning is usually the better starting point.
Regular Cleaning covers accessible dusting and surfaces, kitchen counters and sink, appliance exteriors, stovetop, bathrooms, beds with existing bedding, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, trash and general straightening.
Deep Cleaning includes everything in Regular Cleaning plus detailed baseboards, doors and frames, reachable window sills, ceiling fans and light fixtures, cabinet fronts, heavier kitchen and bathroom buildup, switches, handles, floor edges and additional detail work.
Both are detailed cleanings for empty or mostly empty homes. Move-In prepares the space for a new resident; Move-Out focuses on leaving the property clean and ready for the next occupant.
Yes. Kitchen Cleaning focuses on counters, backsplash, sink, faucet, stovetop, appliance exteriors, cabinet fronts and handles, accessible surfaces, floor and trash.

Yes. We can clean houses, apartments and rental properties, including one-time cleaning, move transitions and recurring service.
Preparing your home
No. You do not need to pre-clean. Picking up loose clothing, toys, papers and other clutter helps us reach surfaces efficiently and spend more time on the actual cleaning.
Please secure valuables, personal documents, medications, fragile items and anything you do not want moved. Clearing clutter from surfaces and floors also helps us clean more efficiently.
You do not have to if dish washing is part of your requested service. If dish washing is not included, clearing the sink and counters gives the cleaner better access to the kitchen surfaces.
Tell us before the visit about delicate stone, specialty finishes, antiques or any surface that needs a specific product or should be avoided.
Yes. Tell us which rooms or tasks matter most, areas to avoid, access instructions and any product preferences. Clear instructions help us focus the visit around your priorities.
Access, pets & the visit
Not necessarily. If you will be away, arrange entry instructions with us in advance and confirm how the property should be secured when the cleaning is finished.
Access can be coordinated in advance. Share the entry method you are comfortable with—such as meeting us, a temporary door code or another agreed method—and include any lock-up instructions.
Yes, but please tell us about pets before the visit. For everyone’s comfort and safety, keep anxious, protective or easily startled pets in a secure area while we work.
Normal household pet hair can be part of routine cleaning, but heavy pet-hair removal is a separate add-on because it can require significant extra vacuuming and detail work.
Usually yes. Let us know where you will be working so we can plan the order of rooms and minimize interruptions.
They can, but please keep walkways clear and supervise children around wet floors, cleaning supplies and equipment.
Yes. Tell us which rooms to skip or prioritize before the visit so the cleaning plan matches what you want.
Scheduling & recurring service
Yes. Weekly House Cleaning is recurring maintenance service and includes the standard Regular Cleaning tasks with light touch-ups where needed.
Yes. Biweekly service is scheduled every two weeks and follows the standard Regular Cleaning routine while addressing normal buildup between visits.
Yes. Monthly House Cleaning includes the standard Regular Cleaning tasks with extra attention to visible dust and buildup that can accumulate between visits.
Contact us if your routine changes. We can review availability for a different frequency and confirm any price change before the new schedule begins.
We will work with you to find another available date or time window. A preferred date in the quote form is a request until our team confirms it.
Earlier is better, especially for move cleanings, turnovers and larger jobs. Availability varies, so send your preferred date as soon as you know it.
You can ask, but same-day service depends entirely on current availability and the size and type of cleaning needed.
Move, rental & property prep
Yes. Airbnb Cleaning is a turnover service that cleans kitchens and bathrooms, dusts and wipes surfaces, vacuums and mops, removes trash, makes beds with provided clean linens, replaces provided towels and leaves guest areas presentation-ready.
It is a detailed turnover service for short-term rentals. It includes the Airbnb Cleaning tasks plus resetting bedrooms and bathrooms, provided linens and towels, common areas and guest supplies when requested.
Our guide assumes clean linens and towels are provided at the property. We can make beds and place provided towels as part of the agreed turnover service.
Yes. Post-Construction Cleaning targets fine construction dust on accessible surfaces, trim, baseboards, cabinets, kitchens, bathrooms, interior window glass, fixtures and floors, often requiring multiple floor passes.
This service is for newly built homes before delivery. It focuses on fine dust, kitchen and bathroom surfaces, baseboards, doors, interior glass, fixtures, vents, carpet and hard floors so rooms are presentation-ready.
