Frequently asked questions.

Pricing depends on the approximate home size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, service type, condition, frequency and any add-ons. Use our quote builder for an estimate; the final price is confirmed with you before service.

No. The online amount is an estimate, not a confirmed booking or final price. We confirm the service scope, availability, applicable taxes and final price before the visit.

Home size, condition, heavy buildup, pet hair, extra rooms, add-ons, access and work that takes substantially more time than expected can affect the final price. We confirm changes before service whenever possible.

Regular Cleaning is routine upkeep for a maintained home. Deep Cleaning includes the regular tasks plus more detailed attention to baseboards, doors, window sills, ceiling fans, cabinet fronts, kitchen buildup, bathroom buildup, switches, handles and hard-to-reach accessible areas.

If the home is already well maintained, Regular Cleaning may be enough. If there is buildup, neglected detail work or you want a more thorough reset, Deep Cleaning is usually the better starting point.

Regular Cleaning covers accessible dusting and surfaces, kitchen counters and sink, stovetop, bathrooms, beds with existing bedding, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, trash and light straightening. Window cleaning and refrigerator cleaning—inside or outside—are separate services and are not included automatically.

No. You do not need to pre-clean. Picking up loose clothing, toys, papers and other clutter helps us reach surfaces efficiently and spend more time on the actual cleaning.
